Caroline Dorgan took these photographs at a paint jam held at the Bernard Shaw in September. Although the event was intended to support and celebrate the lively and vibrant work done by Irish street artists, with food, drinks and music, most of these images are devoid of people or activity. They evoke the eerie feeling one gets when inhabiting space that was once full of people but is now empty – an atmosphere closely associated with street art.
